Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Swimsuits and swimwear must have the hygiene liner attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@imagineswimming.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return, unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
